Theodora is a senior associate in the Competition Department.
Theodora advises clients on all areas of EU, UK and international competition law, with specific experience in multijurisdictional merger control matters, UK national security and foreign direct investment reviews, behavioural competition law matters, as well as other regulatory and compliance matters.
Theodora's experience includes acting for UK and international clients on complex advisory matters and antitrust investigations across a variety of industry sectors including technology, financial services, infrastructure, retail and consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
Prior to joining Travers Smith, Theodora worked as an associate in the competition practice of an international law firm in Brussels.
