Head of Tax

Russell is Head of our Tax Department. He advises private fund and asset management clients on a wide range of transactional tax matters.

His clients also include management teams backed by financial sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Russell co-founded and is a member of the Enable Group, our disability network group. He is also a member of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA) Main Tax Committee, as well as the Corporate and Personal Tax Committees and is regularly invited to speak at conferences.
