River is an associate in the Employment Department.
River advises clients across all stages of the employment relationship, from recruitment to termination. This includes advising on disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies and the enforceability of post-termination restrictions. River has experience working on complex investigations and employment tribunal proceedings.
River also regularly advises clients on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
River sits on the Employment Lawyers Association Race Equality Committee.
