Rachael is a senior associate in the Funds Department. She advises on a wide range of products with a particular emphasis on "retailisation" structures for alternative asset managers.
Rachael's practice focuses on the structuring of open-ended European and UK domiciled funds, specifically targeted at wealth managers and private banks. She also has substantial experience advising managers, placing agents and sponsors on the establishment and operation of investment companies and closed-ended private funds, from initial fundraising through to wind-down.
