Peter is a knowledge lawyer for our Corporate M&A and ECM Team.
Prior to joining Travers Smith, Peter was a senior corporate partner with many years of transactional experience at a large international firm based in the City of London. Peter's principal areas of work included domestic and cross border private and public mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and international and domestic joint ventures. Clients for whom Peter acted included UK and international public and private clients and financial institutions.
As a knowledge lawyer, Peter ensures that our lawyers and clients are kept up to date on legal developments and industry knowhow through training, legal briefings and thought leadership initiatives. Peter also provides technical advice on transactional work and assists in maintaining and developing essential transactional documentation.
