Ollie focusses on UK and international private equity M&A, advising institutional investors, financial sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies on a broad range of transactions including leveraged buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions, private equity exits, reorganisations and restructurings. He also has experience advising alternative asset management clients on a range of alternative liquidity solutions, corporate governance issues, restructurings and reorganisations.
