Michael is a senior associate in the Finance Group. Michael has broad experience across a range of banking and finance matters and regularly advises sponsors, borrowers, lenders and alternative debt providers on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, as well as general corporate banking facilities.
During his training contract, Michael was seconded to a multinational oil and gas company where he was a part of its corporate and commercial legal team.
