Marianne is a senior associate in the Employment Department.
Marianne advises on all aspects of employment law, including general advisory, restructuring and redundancy, grievances and disciplinaries, litigation, investigations and corporate transactions. Marianne has significant practical experience which she brings to bear in her advice: prior to joining Travers Smith, she worked for 18 months in-house at a tech company and has also spent time on secondment to an airline. As well as this in-house experience, Marianne has acted for clients in a variety of sectors including technology, retail and financial services.
Marianne is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
