Laura is a Partner in the Finance Group.
Laura specialises in real estate finance and fund finance. On the real estate finance side Laura acts for financial institutions, non-bank lenders, real restate funds, real estate-backed corporates and developers on both investment and development financings across a range of asset classes, including retail, office (both traditional and serviced office), healthcare, logistics, student accommodation and hotels.
In the fund finance space Laura advises both fund finance providers and borrowers on the full range of products available in the market, including subscription, hybrid and NAV facilities across asset classes and strategies.
Laura sits on the British Property Federation Finance Committee.
