Kulsoom is a knowledge counsel in our Incentives and Remuneration Group, having joined Travers Smith in 2006 after twelve years of client-based work.
Her role includes supporting the team by assisting with technical queries, providing updates on relevant legal developments and producing comprehensive precedent and marketing material.
Kulsoom's view is that effective communication is key to excellent legal advice and this is especially important in the field of incentives. She also firmly believes that the team should use its practical experience to help shape government policy in this area by commenting on proposed legislation either independently or through membership of industry groups.
