Joss is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team.
She is a general commercial litigator with experience advising on a range of complex and multi-jurisdictional cases including contractual disputes, jurisdiction challenges and matters involving fraud and white collar crime. Joss has acted on claims in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. She has advised clients across a variety of sectors, including financial services, insurance and energy.
Prior to joining Travers Smith, Joss trained at and spent five years in the Litigation Department at a magic circle firm. She was ranked as an Associate to Watch by Chambers and Partners in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Joss has worked on a number of pro bono initiatives, including advising at a free legal advice clinic. She is also a school governor for a special school in the City.
