Josie is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Department. She has experience of acting on a range of contractual and non-contractual commercial litigation before the High Court and Court of Appeal, including cases involving complex civil and accounting fraud.
Josie was recently part of the award-winning team who worked on the successful defence of claims brought by the Tchenguiz brothers against Kaupthing, Jóhannes Rúnar Jóhannsson, and others, and has also acted for the Hewlett Packard group companies in relation to accounting fraud claims arising out of the US$11 billion acquisition of Autonomy Corporation plc in 2011.
Josie trained at Travers Smith and qualified in September 2019. She is a member of the London Solicitor Litigation Association and Junior London Solicitor Litigation Association.
