Jamie is an associate in the Derivatives and Structured Products Group.
Jamie advises on investment management arrangements, ISDA and GMRA documentation, fund-level hedging structures, custody agreements and collateral arrangements against the backdrop of continuing regulatory developments, including the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) and the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR). He acts for asset managers, investment funds, financial institutions, fintech companies, pension schemes and corporates.
Jamie is also involved in the firm's pro bono initiatives including the Reading Partners scheme and regularly volunteers at the Legal Advice Centre.
