Imogen is an Australian-qualified senior associate in our Dispute Resolution team. She is a general commercial litigator with a practice covering a range of high-value contentious matters across a variety of sectors.
Imogen has experience acting for both claimants and defendants in complex commercial disputes ranging from competition litigation to professional negligence claims. Imogen has considerable hearing experience having acted for several years on multiple complex follow-on damages claims in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. She also has experience with public inquiries. Imogen has a particular interest in class actions having acted for defendants in both the UK and in Australia.
Imogen joined the firm in 2019 after completing the BCL (Masters of Law) at Oxford in 2018. Before moving to the UK, Imogen worked as a solicitor at a commercial firm in Sydney, as well as spending a year as an associate to a Federal Court Judge who also sat as a member of the Australian Competition Tribunal.
