Ibrahim advises clients on a wide variety of financial regulatory matters ranging from the structuring, establishment and promotion of funds and other investment vehicles to various aspects of The Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). He also advises on the impact of Brexit and other regulatory change projects.
