Senior Associate

Hugo is a senior associate in our Incentives & Remuneration Group.

Hugo advises on the design, implementation and operation of employee and management incentives schemes for a broad range of clients, both in the context of corporate transactions and on an advisory basis.

Hugo previously worked in our Private Equity and Financial Sponsors Group before joining the Incentives & Remuneration Group in September 2020. Hugo also spent six months on secondment at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Recent Experience

  • Numis Corporation plc on its takeover by Deutsche Bank AG.
  • finnCap Group plc on its all share merger with Cenkos Securities plc.
  • Zegona Communications plc on its EUR 5 billion acquisition of Vodafone Spain from Vodafone.
  • A consortium led by BaltCap on the takeover of AIM listed Xpediator plc (the international freight management company) by way of a scheme of arrangement.
  • Inflexion on its acquisition of a majority stake in dss+, (a leading global consulting firm headquartered in Switzerland that supports clients with their sustainability issues) from Gyrus Capital.
