Helen is a knowledge counsel in our Technology & Commercial Transactions Department, helping our lawyers and clients to keep abreast of developments in data protection, technology and intellectual property law.
Helen began her career at Travers Smith and enjoyed five years as an associate in the Technology & Commercial Transactions Department. She re-joined the firm in 2022 after many years working in-house (for a Fortune Global 500 professional services company and FTSE 250 insurance company), where she gained extensive experience advising on complex digital and business transformation, outsourcing and other business-critical commercial projects.
As a knowledge counsel, Helen uses her insight and experience from working in-house and in private practice, acting for both customers and suppliers, to support our lawyers with business-focused, high quality know-how and to provide training (internal and external), alongside creating briefings for clients.
