Hannah is a New Zealand qualified senior associate in our Dispute Resolution Department. She is a general civil and commercial litigator, with an interest in white collar crime and contractual disputes.
She has particular experience in relation to complex and high-value fraud and has acted for Hewlett Packard Enterprise in relation to fraud claims amounting to US$5 billion arising out of its US$11 billion acquisition of Autonomy Corporation plc in 2011.
Before moving to the UK, Hannah gained experience working as a solicitor at a leading commercial law firm in New Zealand, as well as spending two years as a barrister to a Queen's Counsel. She has appeared as counsel at all levels of the New Zealand courts, including before the Supreme Court of New Zealand and was counsel in New Zealand's first criminal insider trading case.
Hannah also advises on behalf of victims of domestic abuse on a pro bono basis through the firm's Domestic Violence Advocacy Unit and is a member of the firm's LGBT+ group.
