Glen is a senior associate in our Technology & Commercial Transactions Department.
He has experience acting for and advising clients in a number of industry sectors on various commercial, IT, intellectual property and data protection matters. In particular, Glen has experience drafting and negotiating business critical IT contracts, intellectual property licensing and assignment arrangements, and the data protection terms in a range of customer/supplier arrangements.
