Fiona is a senior counsel in our Finance Group and specialises in leveraged acquisition finance as well as general banking matters.
Fiona's practice focuses on UK and international leveraged finance. She advises sponsors and borrowers on a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, refinancings, alongside general banking matters.
Fiona advises many of our key private equity house clients as well as a range of high-profile public and private corporates on their financing arrangements. Fiona has previously undertaken secondments at a leading investment bank where she advised on a number of debt and equity transactions.
Fiona is a member of the firm's CSR Committee.
