Private equity & financial sponsors
Eve specialises in UK and international private equity transactions and M&A. Acting for and advising financial sponsors, investee companies and management teams on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, minority investments and general corporate matters. Eve also advises asset management firms on secondary transactions, including transfers of assets into continuation vehicles and fund-to-fund transfers.
Eve leads the Private Equity Department's contribution to Travers Smith's market leading ESG & Impact offering, is a member of the firm's AI Working Group and has a key focus on helping develop Travers Smith's relationships with leading independent law firms around the world.
Other roles and background
Eve has previously spent time on secondment as Senior Legal Counsel for global alternative asset manager Intermediate Capital Group (LSE:ICG).
