Chloe is an associate in the Competition Department.
Chloe's experience of competition law matter is broad, and includes representing clients in merger control and cartel investigations in the UK and the European Union. Chloe also carries out advisory work, covering behavioural matters as well as multi-jurisdictional merger control.
Chloe also advises on the application of, and represents clients in matters related to, foreign direct investment regimes around the world, and the National Security and Investment Act in the UK.
Chloe regularly works with regulators, authorities and local lawyers across a range of different jurisdictions.
