Beliz is a knowledge counsel in our Corporate M&A and ECM Department and her role encompasses all aspects of training and know-how.
Beliz joined Travers Smith in 2004 as a corporate associate and has been a knowledge support lawyer in our Corporate M&A and ECM Group since 2006.
Her areas of expertise include equity capital markets, public takeovers, corporate governance and general company law matters. Her role is to ensure that our lawyers and clients are kept up to date on the latest legal developments and market knowhow in these areas through training, internal newsletters, client briefings, and assisting with technical aspects of transactional work.
Beliz is also a member of the firm's Sustainability Working Group.
