Alice is an associate in our Dispute Resolution department and has a particular interest in ESG Litigation and Risk Management
Alice has acted on contractual and non-contractual disputes across different sectors, including cases before the High Court, with particular experience in relation to complex and high-value fraud disputes, recently acting for Hewlett Packard in relation to accounting fraud claims arising out of its US$11 billion acquisition of Autonomy Corporation plc in 2011. Alice also has experience working on arbitral proceedings.
Alice is an active participant in the firm's pro bono practice, acting for survivors of domestic abuse and human trafficking through the firm's Domestic Abuse Response Alliance, as well as acting for clients in applying for compensation for their injuries from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. Alice has also been involved in the JUSTICE Project collaboration with JUSTICE, on projects to address racial injustice in the criminal justice system, and volunteers at the firm's general and family Legal Advice Centres.
Alice trained at Travers Smith and qualified into the Dispute Resolution department in September 2022.
