Adam is a partner in the Employment Department who supports employers globally with employment disputes and litigation, workplace investigations and people projects and other advice.  Adam is also part of the firm's ESG and Impact Group and the firm's Investigations Group.

Adam has built a strong practice helping clients address cultural issues, often in the glare of public scrutiny and regularly leads teams conducting, and supports client with, investigations on anonymous whistleblowing complaints, high profile matters in the public eye and sensitive issues such as allegations of harassment or impropriety.  Adam is experienced in advising employers on workplace culture and DEI strategies as well as the tactics for executive dismissals, board disputes and disputes with current and former employees, including senior executive issues and whistleblowing.  Adam runs litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court and creates team move strategies.

In addition, Adam leads teams supporting employers carrying out change programmes and advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including TUPE and redundancy exercises.

Adam is a strategic thinker and an expert in simplifying challenging scenarios, quickly finding a commercial solution to complex situations. Adam is invested in understanding his client's needs over the long term.

Training

Adam regularly speaks at seminars and delivers training to HR teams and managers. He is also a contributor to the Chambers and Partners Outsourcing Guide.
