A Travers Smith team led by corporate partner Will Yates has advised Milestone Capital, Hutton Collins and Management on the sale of Interfloor Group Limited, the UK market-leading manufacturer of carpet underlay and related accessories, to Victoria PLC, the UK based manufacturer, supplier and distributor of design-led flooring, for a total enterprise value of £65m.
The Travers Smith team also included corporate partner Anthony Foster, corporate associate Tom Hartwright, tax partner Simon Skinner and tax associate Silvana Van der Velde.
