Travers Smith LLP is delighted to be participating in the 2016 Retail Week General Counsel Summit, the leading legal conference focusing on the key challenges facing the retail sector.
The event, which takes place on 14 October 2016, is delivered through a series of in-depth panel and roundtable discussions by over 30 speakers, providing unrivalled insight from some of the leading retail specialists today.
Travers Smith's retail team is hosting two roundtable discussions on issues pertinent to the retail industry in the current market. Travers Smith’s corporate partner and head of the firm’s retail sector group Adrian West will lead the discussion on “Managing Risk During M&A”, while commercial IP and technology partner and head of the firm's technology sector group Dan Reavill will debate legal and practical implications on “How to Collect, Use and Manage Customer Data”.
