Travers Smith LLP is delighted to announce the hire of Funds lawyer John Daghlian as a Senior Consultant, further strengthening the firm's Asset Management sector group.
John will be working closely with Funds partners Tosin Adeyeri and Victoria Bramall to grow the firm's market leading and award winning secondaries practice.
John has advised on some of the largest and most complex secondary transactions of the last few decades, handled a range of U.K. and international private equity-driven transactions, and advised both general partners and a number of major investors giving him authoritative insight into the issues both sides face.
