Travers Smith LLP advises Patron Capital on the acquisition of B16 Edgbaston, a purpose built student accommodation scheme, through its joint venture with Curation Capital

Travers Smith LLP has advised Patron Capital, a pan-European real estate private equity specialist (Patron), on the acquisition of B16 Edgbaston, a  purpose built student accommodation ("PBSA") scheme, through its joint venture with Curation Capital (Curation).

Patron and Curation, a London-based investment manager, have acquired a 136- bed PBSA scheme into an existing portfolio, with a view to continuing to expand the portfolio by the acquisition of further student accommodation assets over the next couple of years.
