Travers Smith LLP has advised long-standing client Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (AJ Capital Partners) on its acquisition of the four-star Adelphi Portrush Hotel, situated on the north-coast of Northern Ireland.
Under AJ Capital Partners' ownership, the hotel will remain as the Adelphi Portrush until the autumn of next year, when major renovations on the rooms and communal areas will start. It is expected that the hotel will be relaunched as part of AJ Capital Partners' Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts in late 2024.
