Travers Smith LLP has appointed Lucie Cawood as Head of the firm's Private Equity & Financial Sponsors group. She will be assisted in this role by Will Yates as deputy.
Lucie joined Travers Smith in 2003 and became a partner in 2012. With nearly 20 years' experience in private equity, Lucie specialises in complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
Will is a corporate partner who joined Travers Smith in 2007 and was promoted to partner in 2015, specialising in international and domestic private equity and M&A transactions.
