Travers Smith LLP has advised its long-standing client Horizon Capital, alongside other selling shareholders, in relation to the sale of the Bellrock group to a newly incorporated vehicle backed by Sun European Partners, LLP.
Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is a technology-enabled business operating in the property and facilities management services sector. During Horizon Capital's ownership, Bellrock has seen its revenues quadruple to over £160 million, and has acquired 11 bolt-on companies.
