Travers Smith has advised long-standing client, Terrapinn, the global media and events company on the acquisition of ARABLAB LIVE, the Middle East's premier exhibition for the community of laboratory users the chemical, energy, medical, biotech, food and environment industries.
ARABLAB LIVE, founded in 1982, has grown to become a significant international event that boasts over 10,000 attendees and over 500 exhibitors from across the world. Terrapinn's leading events bring scale, knowledge and gravitas to promote innovation and technology. Their events include solar and renewables in Africa, education technology in Australia, payments and e-commerce in Asia, railways in the Middle East, orphan drugs in the Americas and aviation in Europe.
