Travers Smith LLP has advised long-standing client, SSP Group, on its acquisition of AMT Coffee from its administrators in an accelerated transaction.
SSP Group is an established operator of food and beverage brands in travel hubs across the UK and internationally. It has entered into an agreement to acquire the business and certain assets of AMT Coffee, including 25 outlets in airports, train stations and other consumer locations across England, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland.
