Travers Smith advises Shawbrook Bank on the financing of Graphite Capital's acquisition of Ten10

Overview

Travers Smith LLP has advised Shawbrook Bank on the provision of a unitranche facility to Graphite Capital in relation to its acquisition of Ten10, a leading independent quality engineering and software testing consultancy, from Livingbridge.

Ten10 helps customers in the financial, legal, retail and public sectors manage the commercial and financial risks involved with software to enable them to comply with regulatory change, support growth, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. It has more than 250 employees and offices in London, Leeds and Raleigh, North Carolina.

Livingbridge first invested in the business in 2015, when it merged two existing companies, Centre4Testing and The Test People, rebranding it as Ten10.

Graphite is a leading UK mid-market private equity firm focusing on management buyouts and development capital opportunities. This deal is the fourth transaction of Graphite Capital Partners IX fund.

The Travers Smith team was led by Finance Partner Katie McMenamin with support from Senior Associate Taggio Price, Associate Fiona Cantlay and Trainee Aidan Dobney.

This is the latest in a series of deals that Travers Smith has advised on as Shawbrook Bank sees demand for its unitranche product continue to grow.
