Travers Smith advises S4Capital on the merger between Miyagi and Media.Monks to form S4Capital's Content practice in Italy

Travers Smith LLP has advised S4Capital plc on the merger between Miyagi and Media.Monks, to form S4Capital's Content practice in Italy.

Miyagi, a leading creative content marketing agency, was founded in 2013 by five partners. Specialising in end-to-end digital experience content strategy, design and production, Miyagi now numbers 70 experts in Milan working on clients such as Campari Group, Danone, Luxottica, Red Bull and Xiaomi. The merger adds to S4Capital's existing Content, Data&Digital Media capabilities in Italy, Europe's fourth largest advertising market.

The Travers Smith team was led by Corporate Partners Tom Coulter and Aaron Stocks, with support from Corporate Associate Rob Ash. Chiomenti LLP assisted Travers Smith on the Italian law aspects of the merger.
