Travers Smith LLP has acted for RBC Capital Markets and Jefferies International Limited in their capacity as joint bookrunners in a placing of £400 million of Ordinary Shares in Greencoat UK Wind PLC (the "Fund").
Admission to the premium segment of the Official List occurred at 8 am this morning (1 October). The capital raise makes the Fund the largest renewables fund listed in London by market capitalisation.
The Travers Smith team was led by Funds Partner, Will Normand, and Corporate Partner, Tom Coulter. The team also included Corporate Senior Counsel, Brent Sanders, and Funds Associate, Rory Page.
The Fund was advised by Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
