Travers Smith LLP has advised PLATFORM_ on its joint venture (JV) with Northwood Investors to develop and operate BTR assets across regional centres in the United Kingdom.
The JV will see the construction of an initial portfolio of 1,039 high quality and purpose designed apartments in Glasgow, Sheffield and Cardiff, representing some of the first build to rent developments to complete in each city.
The Travers Smith team was led by Real Estate Partner Simon Rutman, Real Estate Senior Counsel Sarah Walker and Corporate Partner Jon Reddington.
They were assisted by Real Estate Senior Associates Catherine O'Driscoll and Emma Sykes, Corporate Senior Associate Stuart Boath, and Real Estate Associate Chris Towland.
