Travers Smith LLP has advised long-standing client Phoenix Equity Partners (Phoenix) and other selling shareholders on the sale of 1000heads Group Limited to Labelium Group (Labelium), a digital performance company backed by Charterhouse Capital Partners.
1000heads is a leading provider of social media-led data & insights, strategic consultancy, and creative services, helping businesses build ‘social age brands’ through their proprietary toolkit. The Company’s fully integrated, end-to-end Social Transformation™ proposition – combining data & analytics, strategy, and implementation – is trusted by blue-chip clients such as Alphabet, Amazon, Meta and Snap Inc.
