Travers Smith LLP has advised long-standing client Phoenix Equity Partners (Phoenix) and other selling shareholders on the sale of 1000heads Group Limited to Labelium Group (Labelium), a digital performance company backed by Charterhouse Capital Partners.
1000heads is a leading provider of social media-led data & insights, strategic consultancy, and creative services, helping businesses build ‘social age brands’ through their proprietary toolkit. The Company’s fully integrated, end-to-end Social Transformation™ proposition – combining data & analytics, strategy, and implementation – is trusted by blue-chip clients such as Alphabet, Amazon, Meta and Snap Inc. The Company has a global footprint, employing over 170 people across 7 offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Sydney, Melbourne and Berlin.
The Travers Smith team advising on the sale was led by Private Equity & Financial Sponsors Partner Ian Keefe and assisted by Senior Associate Jaryd Davidson and Associate Ashley Braham as well as Trainee Nick Morgan. Specialist tax advice was provided by Head of M&A Tax Russell Warren and Senior Associate Laura Jackson.
