Travers Smith has acted for Panmure Gordon in its capacity as financial adviser, sole bookrunner and sponsor on the £66.17 million placing of new ordinary shares by Liontrust Asset Management plc to part fund the acquisition of Architas Multi-Manager Limited and Architas Advisory Services Limited. The acquisition is conditional on, inter alia, shareholder approval at a general meeting of Liontrust Asset Management.
