Travers Smith has advised Osprey Investors Limited in relation to its fundraising and strategic minority investment into Evri (the UK's largest tech-driven last mile delivery platform).
This is the fourth Osprey fund vehicle which Travers Smith has advised on, as Osprey continues to successfully build out its investment programme in the tech-driven B2B sector. The Travers Smith team was led by Head of Funds Jeremy Elmore and included Associates Jonathan Trent and Marcus Millen.
