Travers Smith LLP has advised Quilvest Capital Partners (Quilvest) and management shareholders on the sale of Phaidon International (Phaidon) to a global investor consortium led by private equity firm Further Global.
Phaidon is a professional services firm focused on identifying, sourcing and securing business critical talent to roles across more than 4,000 clients across the globe.
The Travers Smith team advising on the transaction was led by Private Equity & Financial Sponsors Partners Genna Marten and James Renahan, assisted by Senior Associates Jaryd Davidson and Matt Powrie and Associates Eilidh Morrison and Alex Dawson. Travers Smith had previously advised the founder and management team of Phaidon on the sale to Quilvest in 2018.
