Travers Smith LLP has advised Storeshield Limited, a subsidiary of the BOC Group, on the sale of Gist to Marks & Spencer. Gist is a contract logistics business with approximately 5,800 employees across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. The proposed transaction is expected to complete in the second half of 2022, subject to certain conditions.
