Travers Smith LLP has advised Darwin Private Equity and other selling shareholders on the sale of the Attenda group to Ensono, a US-based provider of IT solutions.
Attenda is one of the UK's leading managed services and cloud service providers, specialising in running business-critical applications.
The Travers Smith team was led by Head of Private Equity Paul Dolman and supported by corporate associates Laura Pembridge, Clarissa Otte and Matthew Powrie. Specialist tax advice was provided by tax partner Simon Skinner and tax associate Andrew Callaghan.
