Travers Smith LLP has advised the board of directors of Alternative Income REIT PLC (AIRE) on changes to its service providers, following the termination of AEW UK Investment Management LLP's appointment earlier this year.
AIRE is the owner of a diversified portfolio of 19 UK commercial property assets let on long leases and announced changes to its service providers in February. Yesterday, AIRE announced its appointment of M7 Real Estate Limited (M7) as investment adviser. M7 will undertake a review of each of AIRE's assets, together with its existing investment policy.
