Travers Smith LLP is advising Goldman Sachs International and Numis Securities Limited (as Joint Bookrunners), and Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch (as Lead Manager), on the placing by Learning Technologies Group plc announced on 15 July.
The placing raised gross proceeds of approximately £85 million and was undertaken to part-fund LTG's conditional acquisition of the capital stock of GP Strategies (NYSE: GPX), a leading provider of learning services and workforce transformation.
