Travers Smith LLP has advised new client Ideagen plc (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management Software to highly regulated industries, on its institutional placing and PrimaryBid offer announced on 8 December. The fundraise raised total gross proceeds of £103.5m.
Canaccord Genuity, finnCap, Goldman Sachs and Numis acted as Joint Bookrunners in relation to the Placing.
