Travers Smith LLP has acted for Numis Securities Limited and Canaccord Genuity Limited in their capacity as joint underwriters and bookrunners on the £53.5 million vendor placing and concurrent £5.3 million cash placing (the "Capital Raising") by accesso Technology Group plc ("accesso").
The proceeds of the Capital Raising will be used, amongst other things, to fund part of the consideration for the acquisition of 'The Experience Engine' - a privately owned US-based developer of software solutions. The ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Capital Raising were admitted to trading on 20 July 2017.
