Travers Smith LLP has advised MSP Capital (MSP) on a £100 million senior-secured facility with London-based asset manager and private equity firm Pollen Street Capital (Pollen Street).
Founded in 1981, MSP is one of the largest providers of property finance in Southern England. This facility will strengthen MSP's ability to reach projected growth targets in the development finance market.
