Travers Smith LLP has advised longstanding client Marlin Equity Partners ("Marlin") in connection with the acquisition of the NCC Group's Software Testing Division by the QualiTest Group, a Marlin portfolio group.
The QualiTest Group is the world's largest pure play software testing and quality assurance specialist.
The Travers Smith team was led by Private Equity Partner James Renahan who was supported by Private Equity Associates Robert Coward and Tobias Frost. Tax advice was provided by Senior Associate Camilla Woodall. Commercial, IP and IT advice was provided by Senior Associate Michael Hekimian and Associate Anita Sivapalan.
